Course Description

IoT is a network that consists of devices with the ability to sense, accumulate, and transmit data. The devices in an IoT network can be controlled remotely. IoT technologies are about connecting devices onto a network. This course imparts you with a sound understanding of basic electronics, micro-controller architectures, sensors, IoT architectures, and communication protocols. It also teaches you how to use Arduino, a very simple hardware programming language, and ThingSpeak, a program for analysing an IoT network.

  • GENERAL IoT CONCEPTS, Integrating different elements of IoT, building proof of concepts.
  • SPECIALIZATION in certain layers of IoT stack.
